We look forward to a strong partnership with Student Advantage and an exciting season with the students of Boston.”

Added Raymond Sozzi, Student Advantage’s President and CEO, “Our Cardholders live on a student’s budget and that means they have to manage their money closely. Our new partnership with the Boston Celtics brings another great value to the Boston student community.”

With local college and university groups, including those at Boston College, Harvard University, Emerson College and Northeastern University, actively promoting benefits of Student Advantage to their undergraduates, the Company expects more than 30,000 students in the Boston area to join this Fall, up from nearly 20,000 students last year.

“My Student Advantage Card easily pays for itself with the money I save traveling home on Greyhound,” said Lauren Fein, Tufts University senior. “Besides great travel discounts, I also save when I’m grabbing a bite to eat off campus, catching up on the latest music at Tower Records and even going to the movies, to name a few of my favorite things!”

Proving a popular complement to the Card is the Student Advantage Coupon Book, which offers coupons for special, one-time offers and extra savings on food, movies, clothing and more from partners including A|X Armani Exchange, CheapTickets.com, Uno Chicago Grill and Timberland.com.
