GE Security and XceedID Corporation to Offer Contactless Security Products

XceedID Corporation announced that it will work with GE Security, part of GE Infrastructure, to offer next-generation contactless smart card and reader products to the security industry.

XceedID and GE Security, along with other industry leading security companies, will offer a range of contactless products and work together toward establishing an open protocol standard for contactless smart cards.

XceedID and GE Security recently agreed on a contactless technology platform and product content. GE Security will market and sell products through its traditional channels and XceedID will market and sell products through traditional access control manufacturers and other well-positioned companies in alternate vertical markets.
